By registering and participating in the Bombs Away Academy camp, the parent/ guardian of the participant fully understands and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their child's participation in the camp.

 

Parent/Guardian hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Bombs Away Passing Academy, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, representatives, and agents, as well as Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD), its board members, administrators, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of participation in the camp, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
