Bombs Away Academy is based out of Wichita Falls, Texas. This is a camp based model that is designed for athletes of all ages who want to elevate their performance. Our goal is to bring in high level and experienced coaches to develop the fundamentals and advanced techniques needed to elevate your game. This includes personal quarterback instruction,  route running, catching, ball security, separation, cover skills and football IQ. Through high-energy drills, competitive reps, and expert coaching, athletes will gain the confidence, skills, and mindset necessary to make plays when football season starts!

Head Football Coach  Wichita Falls Legacy High School

Coach Greg Davis enters his 18th year of coaching and his 2nd year as a Head Football Coach. Throughout his career, he has been a part of some of the most successful football programs in Texas, including Southlake Carroll, North Shore, Katy, and Ennis. Coach Davis has helped develop numerous student-athletes while contributing to championship-level programs known for excellence on and off the field. He served as the Defensive Backs Coach for Ennis HS 2014 State Championship team and brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and experience to every athlete he coaches. His passion for player development and commitment to excellence continue to impact young athletes both on and off the football field

Who Is Eligible For Camp

All skill position players are eligible to attend Bombs Away Passing Academy. This is a specialty camp where quarterbacks, receivers, tight ends, running backs, and defensive backs are the participants.  4th-12th graders are eligible to participate.

2. Register and Submit the $125.00 tuition fee.

3. Once your registration form & tuition are received, you will receive a confirmation via email

2026 Camp Coaches

Tony Newsome

Graduate of SMU where he played WR.  Currently the Offensive Coordinator at Little Elm HS. Entering his 26th year where he is committed to developing student-athletes to perform at a high level.

Tarance Lewis

Assistant Athletic Director/Associate Head Football/Offensive Coordinator at Corsicana High. He has coordinated several top offenses in the DFW metroplex and coached numerous NCAA players.

Jace Hammack

Entering his 7th year in coaching. Coach Hammack is one of the brightest young Offensive Coordinators in the state. Played QB at Mary Hardin-Baylor where we won a National Championship as the starter.

Tony Kennedy

Entering his 20th season, Coach Kennedy has served as a Head Coach, Offensive and Defensive Coordinator throughout his career. In high school he  played for Arlington Lamar where we went 42-3 as the starting QB.

Kyle Atwood

Entering his 22nd year in coaching, Coach Davenport brings a wealth of experience, energy and leadership. He is currently the Offensive Coordinator/QB coach at Prosper Rock Hill HS.

Kyle Atwood is the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach for the Holiday Eagles. He has a very successful pedigree in coaching quarterbacks.

Devon Campbell

Coach Eric Ward is the Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator at Estacado High School. A former standout wide receiver at Texas Tech University, Ward ranks among the top receivers in school history and went on to play professionally with the Tennessee Titans and Cincinnati Bengals.

Entering his 16th year in coaching. Coach Campbell is the Assistant HC at Arlington Bowie and DB coach. He garnished all conference honors as a player at Midwestern State.

Learn from experienced coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field. Our coaching staff brings years of playing and coaching experience. They will providing personalized instruction focused on the fundamentals of throwing, catching, protected the ball and defending.  More coaches to come!
